We only email you about things you asked for, from alerts@serenehelp.org. We will never phone you, and never text or email you asking for your password, PIN, bank details or a payment. The only way to pay us is the Supporter button inside SereneHelp. Anyone who asks any other way is not us. Forward scam texts to 7726 and scam emails to report@phishing.gov.uk
When you use Serene, your words or picture pass through our app platform, Base44, which runs our code on servers in the United States. They then go to Amazon Web Services, our processor, in London, where an AI model made by Anthropic replies. In a Serene chat, your last few messages go too, so the reply makes sense. We don't keep them, Amazon Bedrock doesn't store them, and Amazon doesn't use them to train AI models.
