Who we are

SereneHelp is made by DanceOnVibes Limited, a small independent company in London. We are not a bank, a lender, the NHS or a government service.

Our mission

To give everyone in the UK one free, safe place to turn when they feel scared, worried about money, or targeted by scams. To connect them with real people who can help. And to help them learn to find their own way through, so they can pass it on to others.

How we're funded

Every safety tool in SereneHelp is free for everyone, always. SereneHelp pays for every Serene check and letter, so there are fair daily and monthly limits that keep them free for the people who need them most. Adults can choose an optional Supporter plan. Anyone who funds us is named on our Partners page. We never show tracking ads and never sell your data.

Work with us

Tonight, a child is being asked by someone online to keep a secret. A pensioner is being rushed to pay a "bank" that isn't their bank. Someone is holding a letter they are scared to open, or sitting with a feeling they can't put into words, with no one awake to ask. SereneHelp is there for each of them, free, at any hour.

Children are our future. Pensioners are our parents and grandparents. They are often the first to be targeted and the last to ask for help, which is why every safety tool in SereneHelp stays free for them.

We built it with one pair of hands. With yours, it can reach many more people, and the help can stay free for everyone who needs it.
