Your privacy, for young people

SereneHelp is made by a small company in London.
Most things you write stay on this phone. Nobody at SereneHelp can see them, and your parent can't see them in SereneHelp either.
If you have an account (from age 13), it keeps your email, your age group, and only the things you choose to save. Your age is what you tell us; we do not check it.
Some things you save can show how you feel or urges to gamble. They are kept in your account only if you tick the box that says so. If you don't, they stay on this phone. You can change your mind in Settings, and we delete them from your account.
Your account is kept on computers in the UK by a company called Base44. Base44 runs SereneHelp from computers in America. Base44 says it may use what people save in apps to train its AI. We are asking Base44 in writing not to use anything from SereneHelp.
Your parent or carer only sees what you agree to share. With Quiet time, they see the type of worry and the app's name. Never your words.
We never sell what you tell us, never show you adverts, and never show you prices. Serene, our AI chat, and the Supporter plan are only for adults 18 and over.
Online checks of links and phone numbers are only for adults 18 and over, so nothing you check is sent to another company.
If you link a carer, they get an email saying "Please check on [your name]" if you don't open SereneHelp for the hours you chose.
You can see, download or delete everything, any time. Ask us: privacy@
More for you: how we keep you safe and how SereneHelp uses AI.
If something feels wrong at home, online or anywhere: Childline, free, any time: childline.org.uk or 0800 1111. In danger: 999.
Crisis and helpline information may be translated automatically. If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact your local emergency number straight away. To report a mistake in safety or helpline information, email safety@serenehelp.org.
This is a self-help tool, not therapy or a diagnosis.
